AFFILIATE MEMBER

Affiliate members are employees or family of current members who are looking to become more involved within the SJBA community.

Annual Dues: $50

The philosophy of the San Juan Building Association is that home ownership can and should be within the reach of every American family and homes should be built under the free enterprise system. To achieve these goals, members pledge to uphold the following Code of Ethics:

• Conduct business in a manner that will reflect credit upon ourselves, the Association, and the home building industry.
• Avoid statements or implications that may be misleading or deceptive and deal fairly with everyone.
• Describe accurately and honestly the price, materials and standards of workmanship used.
• Provide high standards of health and safety for employees and subcontractors.
• Build to meet or exceed the building codes, as well as the safety, health and environmental regulations in place at the time of construction.
• Support our local, state, and national associations and all related industries concerned with providing affordable housing.
• Certify that, as a member of the San Juan Building Association, we are in compliance with the laws and rules of the State of Washington.
• Do business with the association members whenever possible.

As a member, you assume these responsibilities, as a part of your commitment as a member of the San Juan Building Association.
